The issue we had was the original key was lost he had to make a replacement with no key. He said no problem got my Registration and verified ownership. Sign of professionalism. We later informed him of a ignition switch from another van but it was no issue for Rick. He notified me about heading back to the shop. Another sign professionalism keeping the customer informed. He came back and solved the problem. He was a problem a solver. That’s why we hire people. To help with our problems and find a way to make it happen in a honest way.
